The youth equipping alliance is a community minded organization that strives to partner with like minded organizations to provide mentoring, therapy, tutoring, coaching, counseling, career guidance, and other life-skill services to equip the youth today so they become productive citizens of tomorrow.
Just one week after the airing of the first episode of “WISDOM SPEAKS”, Wisdom’s 4-year-old grandson was struck by a stray bullet. By the grace of God, he survived, however, Wisdom was consumed by thoughts of the pain and agony that other children and families had to be experiencing.
After much prayer, Wisdom founded YEA- Youth Equipping Alliance. Her goal is to be the guiding light and provide these children with the support she needed when she was a child.

The strength of the Youth Equipping Alliance is our desire to partner with diverse organizations to bring different views to the community table that go above and be-yond what we could achieve by ourselves. These outcomes are where success is found. The diversity of these organizations allows YEA to achieve the goal of steering the youth in our community toward healthy alternatives.
